From the onset I strived to create a blend that expressed my concept of coffee. I decided upon this blend with Arabica and Robusta coffees from seven different countries where coffee is grown and selected. The single mono-origin coffees found in the blend are roasted individually and thereafter blended together to create a coffee with aromatic characteristics and unique and inimitable organoleptic qualities.

I’d like to introduce you to the coffee blends dedicated to musicians. Four Italian composers for four coffees with the same characteristics. Four hands were needed to create them, mine and those of a friend who often came to our coffee/roasting bar, who stood by me in their creation, telling me about the characteristics of each composer.
